2. How do I maintain my jewelry?

Follow these simple steps to take care of your jewelry:

  • Remove before bed
  • Remove before entering water
  • Let your perfume, hairspray, or lotion dry before wearing
  • Avoid wearing while exercising
  • Use a soft cloth to clean it before and after use

3. Can I customize my jewelry?

Yes. You can create your own exquisite jewelry with Mivraa. With customizable options, you can select your preferred birthstones, gold finish, and even alphabet designs that resonates with your unique personal style.

4. How do I measure my ring size?

If you are unsure of your ring size, use this size guide.
Before placing an order, we recommend that you reach out to us on WhatsApp or give us a call if you need any assistance in finding your size.

5. In case my ring doesn’t fit, can it be sent back for resizing?

Every ring is made-to-order and we have a standard procedure that we follow to confirm the ring size which allows us to get an accurate size most of the time. In case you need a size adjustment, a new piece will have to be crafted and sent to you, and an additional token amount shall be applicable.

II. SHIPPING

1. What is your standard delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 14 business days.
Note: Actual delivery timelines might vary subject to reasons beyond our control and we will ensure that we inform you as soon as we can in case of any such delays.

2. Is the shipping insured?

Yes, the shipping is insured.

3. Is there an additional cost of shipping?

Sample: Shipping within India is free.

4. Can I edit my shipping address?

You can get in touch with us at Contact@mivraa.com to edit your shipping address within 4 days of placing your order. Kindly note that a change in shipping address may alter the delivery date of the product.

5. Can I track the status of my order?

We will send out an order dispatch confirmation email containing the tracking link of your order. You can click on the same to track your order or email us at Contact@mivraa.com for further support.

III. RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE

Under normal circumstances, we do not accept returns or exchange requests on orders. We encourage you to carefully consider your selection before placing an order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective on arrival, you can write to us at Contact@mivraa.com within 24 hours and we’ll try our best to find a satisfactory resolution for you.
